These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and zxbaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the zxbaji website at zxbaji.net and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and virtual sports.

By accessing the zxbaji platform, creating a player account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be fully bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the zxbaji platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the zxbaji platform regardless of the device used to access it — including mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers — and regardless of whether access is made via a web browser or any native application.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language of this document and of all communications between zxbaji and its players. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.

Supplementary Policies

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the following supplementary documents, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and zxbaji:

• The Privacy Policy, which governs how zxbaji collects, processes, and stores your personal data.
• The Responsible Gaming Policy, which sets out the tools and obligations relating to safe and responsible play.
• Any game-specific rules published on the relevant game pages or provided by game studio providers.
• Bonus and promotion terms published at the time of each offer, which supplement but do not replace these Terms.

Use of the zxbaji platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the zxbaji platform. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. zxbaji operates an 18+ only policy in strict compliance with responsible gaming best practices. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended, all funds frozen, and any winnings voided. zxbaji reserves the right to request government-issued proof of age at any point.

Personal Capacity

You must be registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register as players on the zxbaji platform. Each player may hold only one account — registering multiple accounts for any reason is a material breach of these Terms.

Geographical Eligibility

zxbaji is operated as an online entertainment platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. By using zxbaji, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.

Mental Capacity and Problem Gambling

You confirm that you are not registering under a self-exclusion agreement with any other gaming platform, and that you are not aware of any problem gambling diagnosis or court order that restricts your ability to participate in gambling activities. If gambling becomes a problem at any time, you must make use of the responsible gaming tools available on zxbaji or contact our support team immediately.

To access the full range of zxbaji services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information throughout the lifetime of your account.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be asked to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. All information submitted must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension without notice.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zxbaji account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity, unless you have notified zxbaji of unauthorised access promptly upon discovery.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Never share your password or login credentials with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

KYC Verification

zxbaji applies Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. All players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address dated within 90 days. Additional documentation may be requested at zxbaji's discretion.

All financial transactions on zxbaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). zxbaji supports a range of local and international payment methods to accommodate the needs of Bangladesh players. The following table summarises the supported payment methods and their processing terms.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative has been pre-approved by the zxbaji support team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. zxbaji reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving large withdrawal amounts.

No Currency Conversion Fees

zxbaji does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Your deposited amount in Taka will be credited to your account in full, and your withdrawal will be disbursed in the full BDT amount requested, subject to any applicable minimum thresholds and payment provider processing times.

Prohibited Transactions

Players may not use the zxbaji cashier to process transactions that are not connected to genuine gaming activity. Depositing and withdrawing funds without placing any bets — sometimes referred to as "money cycling" — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

zxbaji offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal festival promotions tied to events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Independence Day, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific conditions stated at the point of offer.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is displayed at the time of opt-in. Players should review this requirement carefully before accepting any bonus.

Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus carries an expiry date, which is the deadline by which wagering requirements must be met. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not met within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account without notice. The validity period for each bonus is stated at the point of claim.

Eligible Games

Not all games on the zxbaji platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering, while live casino games, sports bets, and certain table games may contribute at lower rates (e.g., 10%–20%). The contribution rates for each game category are disclosed in the specific bonus terms.

Bonus Abuse

zxbaji actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once.
• Placing offsetting bets with the intention of meeting wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts operated by related parties.
• Using bonus funds in a pattern that suggests deliberate exploitation rather than genuine gameplay.

Any player found to be abusing bonus offers will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account may be suspended. zxbaji's determination of bonus abuse is final.

All bets and wagers placed on the zxbaji platform are subject to the following general betting rules. In addition, sport-specific and game-specific rules apply where relevant and are available on the corresponding game or market pages.

Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the zxbaji system. A bet slip displaying a confirmation reference number constitutes a confirmed bet. Bets that are not confirmed due to a system error, insufficient funds, or a market suspension are not valid and will not be settled. Players should verify their bet slip confirmation before closing the page.

Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting body. For cricket markets, this includes results as declared by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for IPL, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for BPL and national team matches, and the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international tournaments. In the event of a result amendment by the governing body after initial settlement, zxbaji reserves the right to re-settle affected bets.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void under the following circumstances, and the stake returned to the player's account:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play time is completed.
• The bet was placed at an erroneously listed price due to a system error or data feed failure.
• The market was suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a known event outcome or insider information concern.
• Force majeure events prevent the event from being completed under normal conditions.

Maximum Winnings

zxbaji applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits vary by sport and market and are disclosed within the relevant betting rules. No single bet or accumulator may result in a payout exceeding the stated maximum, regardless of the odds and stake involved. Winnings that would exceed the maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit.

Casino Game Rules

Casino game rules are governed by the individual game studios providing the content. Relevant rules are accessible within each game interface. zxbaji accepts no responsibility for errors caused by a player misunderstanding the rules of a game. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators and are final once the game round is completed.

zxbaji maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, collusion, cheating, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or the experience of other players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal details, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker or live dealer games.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting price discrepancies between markets in a manner that guarantees a profit regardless of outcome, where such activity is determined by zxbaji to be systematic and intentional.
• Use of Bots or Automation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets, interact with games, or bypass security measures without human intervention.
• Hacking and Platform Interference: Attempting to access, alter, or disrupt zxbaji's systems, databases, or software in any unauthorised manner.
• Money Laundering: Using the zxbaji platform to process funds derived from illegal activity or to obscure the origin of funds. zxbaji cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating money laundering.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals against deposits made to zxbaji. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended and the chargeback amount recovered from any balance held.

zxbaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and for any reason that is consistent with these Terms. Players may also close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your zxbaji account, contact [email protected] with your account username and a request to close. All pending withdrawals will be processed before closure is completed. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method provided that it clears KYC requirements. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is complete.

Involuntary Suspension

zxbaji may suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Evidence that the account is being operated by a third party rather than the registered account holder.
• Player has entered into a self-exclusion arrangement.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request voluntary self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from 6 months to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated and zxbaji will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zxbaji, its directors, employees, agents, partners, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the zxbaji platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial or non-financial loss.

Platform Availability

zxbaji strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. zxbaji accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, including any bets that could not be placed or amended during a period of unavailability.

Third-Party Game Providers

Games hosted on the zxbaji platform are provided by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While all providers are selected for their commitment to fair play and certified random number generation, zxbaji accepts no direct liability for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising within individual game engines. In such cases, the game provider's own dispute resolution process applies.

Player Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for all bets and wagers placed through their account. zxbaji accepts no liability for bets placed in error, for misunderstandings of game rules, or for losses resulting from a player's strategic decisions. It is each player's responsibility to understand the rules and house edge of any game before wagering real money.

Force Majeure

zxbaji shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet service provider failures, cyberattacks, pandemics, or any other force majeure event. In such circumstances, zxbaji will make reasonable efforts to restore services and communicate status updates to affected players.

zxbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to platform features, adjustments to payment processing procedures, changes to bonus structures, responses to regulatory developments, or corrections to existing provisions.

Notification of Changes

When material changes are made to these Terms, zxbaji will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically even if you have not received a notification, as minor clarifications may be published without individual notification.

Continued Use as Acceptance

Your continued use of the zxbaji platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your full acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

Version History

Previous versions of these Terms are available upon request by contacting [email protected]. zxbaji maintains a record of all published versions of these Terms for compliance and dispute resolution purposes. In the event of any dispute regarding which version of the Terms applied at a given point in time, zxbaji's records shall be conclusive.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The validity of all remaining provisions shall not be affected and these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or bonus-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and zxbaji with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
